Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn and unused.

• Original tags must remain attached.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

• Products showing signs of wear or damage caused after delivery may not qualify.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain products such as underwear, swimwear, earrings, or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
